Imperious is an imposing, commanding angel. He is displeased with the way Heaven is being run, and isn't afraid to do things his own way.

Imperious' voice should be commanding, and capable of quite a menacing tone. Despite that, when he's not actively threatening someone it should sound something like a 'protagonist's voice, someone who is easy to follow and trust.
