Tomi is stubborn and hotheaded, he needs a voice that can easily be agressive, but can also sound more calm. His voice should be deep, but not extremely deep. At the end of the story, if he wins, his lines will make him sound insane, again, like his female counterpart, but his will start showing by the last few characters to kill.
(The Deathnote has been found! He's trying to act cool and calm, as if it's nothing) "That? It's just a joke product from a store I bought. Don't touch it though, I mean.." (His voice sounds evil by this point) "If you want to die, that is!" (Manic laughing) "I could kill you.. But why would I..? You think that thing is real..)
(Finished the game, yelling insanely) "Listen up world! You're new god rules now! You are all under my control and you can't escape my wrath!" (Manic laughing) "YOU KNOW WHAT? I COULD KILL YOU ALL. I COULD.. YOUR NEW GOD IS HERE AND WILL TAKE HIS CROWN. OH-- THAT'S RIGHT! YOU'RE ALL GONNA DIE!" (Loud manic laughing and stronger than the last)
(Confident, but evil) "You knew I was Kira, eh, Hiromi? You knew.. You knew all along but kept me by your side?" (Laughing) "I see.. You're quite smart.. But I will break out.. And I WILL rule this new era.. Just you wait.. I am going to kill you.. And your blood will be on MY hands and you won't even know where I am.." (Manic laughing)
