Darling in the Franxxx - Abridged Parody
Rey-Rey for Mitsuru
In the original, Mitsuru has a cold and composed exterior. He however has deep emotions under the surface of his facade. He is shown with trauma regarding a broken promise with Hiro, and then as well finding comfort in Kokoro’s honesty, which inspires change in his personality.
In the abridged, Mitsuru is stuck up and full of himself. He has issues not being the center of attention, and is constantly trying to prove that he’s of importance. He feels as if he lives in Hiro’s shadow, despite the fact that Hiro is not truly competition. He has a snobby and pretentious quality to his voice.
Vocal Quality:
A teenage male voice.
Mid to mid-high pitch.
Snobby and douchey sounding.
Line 1: “AUUHHHH- I was going to invite all of you to my room for tea and crumpets, but since you’re all talking about Hiro and not me: I’m not going to anymore.”
Context: Mitsuru pretty much interrupts the conversation to say this, so the first sound should be fairly loud, with plans to get everyone’s attention. You can do a british accent if you’d like.
Line 2: “Tata for now~”
Context: Just after being insulted by both Miku and Ichigo. You can do a british accent if you’d like. He is off screen.
Line 3: Feel free to improvise some lines that you think would fit. You can do a british accent if you'd like.
