Introducing Ikki Namiki, the Ultimate Angler. This fisher can be best described as unpleasantly reserved, collecting his thoughts for a moderate period of time before speaking. He appears inattentive at times; however, he often notices obscure details that everyone else misses, albeit overlooking the blatantly obvious ones. Ikki claims he had lost his left arm out on the open sea, but procrastinates shedding the details for “the sake of suspense”.
He isn’t particularly chatty about anything other than shonen anime.
(Ikki mostly speaks in a relaxed tone; perhaps even uninterested. Females are also welcome to try their "teen boyish" voices for this one. Think Naruto-type voices.)

(serious) "There's actually a pretty legendary reason how I lost my arm. But that's all I'm gonna say...for now..."
