**AUTHOR'S NOTE: This character does not have to sound like Vaas. He can sound like anyone. He just has to have a Latin accent, sound like someone in his mid 30s or older (the older the better) and just sound intimidating, ie. someone ready to mug you and he he's pointing a gun at you.**
Ideally I'd like a voice that sounds anywhere from 34 to 40 years old. A slight...very slight Mexican accent would be ideal. And the delivery of his lines...in a very menacing and cold manner.
Age 35+. Tattoos all over the back of his body. Mara Salvatrucha (MS), also known as MS-13 (the 13 representing their Sureño affiliation), is an international criminal gang that originated in Los Angeles, California, in the 1980s. The gang later spread to many parts of the continental United States, Canada, Mexico, and Central America, and is active in urban and suburban areas. Most members are of Central American origin, principally El Salvador. Members of MS are characterized by tattoos covering the body, including the face, and by the use of their own sign language. They are notorious for their violence and a subcultural moral code based on merciless retribution

(Someone tells you to leave. You're not leaving)
