LOVE: An Undertale Series (Voice Actors)

Grillby is a successful proprietor and fire monster living on the surface with the other characters in Undertale. He lives in a small house with his daughter Fuku Fire, and continues working on the "monster side" of town. He has reopened his restaurant business and called it "Grillby's 2," where the same customers gather together to eat, play, drink, and mingle with each other just as they did in the underground. Grillby makes a decent living from his restaurant, but is hoping to expand into the human side of town sometime in the future.
Grillby's role in the series is very minor, but he might appear more frequently in various episodes.
What We Are Looking For:
First and foremost, please do the best that you can with your Grillby voice. Do not stress yourself out into doing something that isn't comfortable in your vocal range. We are a bit particular about the voice we want for this character. He needs to have a Latin American (or Spanish) accent. It doesn't necessarily have to be "thick," but it should be apparent that it's there. Don't try to force it too much. Otherwise, it won't have a natural sound (and that's kind of what we're looking for).
**NOTE** Grillby is a character that doesn't have much to say, and only appears comfortable with Sans. We have this idea that he's an introvert character, and while he's very generous and kindhearted, he doesn't really like to speak with lots of other people around. So that's something to keep in mind when voicing him, too.
About the Lines
There will only be two lines of dialogue for Grillby, so please take your time and do your best.
Line 1: This line is a hypothetical conversation between Frisk and Grillby during a pre-battle encounter. There is a little bit of direction for you to follow throughout this dialogue. If chosen as Grillby, you';; be reading your lines from a script that will mostly look like this. You must follow the instructions given to you. So have fun with this one! Again, do your best and keep in mind the expectations/requirements as listed above!
Line 2: This line is taken from a possible short story excerpt (that may or may not appear in the series) showcasing Sans and Grillby alone at the restaurant having a small conversation. I've shortened it to a much smaller dialogue piece, as I really want you to give it your all with this character. The dialogue is shaped in a way that looks most like the scripts we make for the series project. However, due to the Casting Call Club suddenly changing their formats, we have had to adjust the layout of this particular line set. Please check some of the earlier main characters' lines on this casting call to see what our format will actually look like. All of Grillby's lines are underlined in the script. But please pay attention to the actions and descriptions listed in parentheses as well. They may contain important actions from the characters that cannot simply be expressed in the dialogue lines themselves, so be careful not to miss that. Again, do your best and keep in mind the expectations/requirements as listed above!
(surprised) Ah, you must be the human Sans told me about. *scratches cheek* (nervously) Sorry for the lack of monsters today. *a casual shrug* Seems that all of my customers just… *looks at Frisk's hands* “disappeared.” *nervously straightens his bowtie* (slowly and cautiously). And I’ve got this strange feeling… (somber) seeing all that dust on your hands, I wonder…
*claps hands together* But I guess you’re not here for small talk then, are you? (friendly) Come, have a seat. I can whip you up some… *looks at Frisk with a tilted head* (confused) no? You’d rather stand, I see. (trying to lighten the mood) Well, where did you come from? Are you looking for someone? *fiddles with bowtie* If you’re looking for Sans, you’re out of luck coming here. He hasn’t stopped by all day. Last thing I remember was hearing him say… *watches Frisk as they slowly pull out their knife* (slowly and unnerved) how unfortunate it’d be if you were to... umm... *clears throat* show up in a place like this. *looks down to the ground* (a low, regretful tone) I would have liked to think he was wrong, but…
*suddenly lifts up his head* Tell me. Are all humans like that on the surface? (plainly) Walking around with a pile of dust in one hand? *looks to Frisk's side* And a knife in the other? Hmm... *an awkward pause, then a deep sigh* Don’t feel like talking, eh? That’s fine. I'm not fond of it myself either. *re-adjusts his glasses* Maybe there’s no real explanation for why you’d do something like that. (sternly) But know this. While it’s obvious that I’ll lose our fight, *clenches hands fiercely together* I won’t hesitate to give it my all. (to himself) If it means keeping my daughter safe for just a little while longer, then… so be it. *removes his glasses and sets them down on the counter* (bravely) Let’s go.
(Sans is sitting at the counter in front of Grillby, drinking a fresh bottle of ketchup. After finishing his swig, he sets the bottle down and looks at his fire friend)
Sans: *breathes deeply* your coldest one yet, Grillby. *winks* thanks for always treating the customer right
Grillby: *not looking at him* (disinterested) Sure thing, Sans…
Sans: hm? what’s got you so heated, Grillbs? *chuckles*
Grillby: *feigned chuckle* Very funny, Sans. (to himself) It’s not like I haven’t heard that one a million times over…
Sans: wow, you must really be upset. that usually lights you up. hehe. care to tell me what’s wrong, pal?
(Grillby doesn’t answer and continues wiping down a drinking glass in the same spot with a cloth over and over)
Grillby: … *sighs*
Sans: (teasing) aw come on, grillby! tell me what’s wro—
Grillby: (dryly) It’s been months and you still haven’t paid off your tab
(There is a sudden awkward silence between the two. Sans nervously looks around the empty restaurant with his familiar grin. A small trail of sweat trickles down his skull)
Sans: *weakly laughs* well, you know i’m always good for it, right?
Grillby: (mildly angry) Sans…
Sans: *raises arms nervously* alright, alright. i’ll pay up soon. *winks* i’ve just been a bit busy since the bro’s been hot with the fever
Grillby: (insincere) Mhm…
Sans: *another weak laugh* yeah… totally sick
Grillby: (plainly and a bit sarcastically) That’s funny because I could have sworn Papyrus came in here earlier today looking for you. Seemed as healthy as ever from what I could tell with all the screaming and raging about a certain brother’s dirty socks on the floor… (sternly) Again.
Sans: *even weaker laughter* well… you know paps… he uhh… he never really liked to let his illnesses show
Grillby: Sans, that’s the same excuse you tried to use on me last week
Sans: oh
Grillby: (scolding) You need to pay your tab. Otherwise, I can’t cover for you anymore. *chuckles* (teasing) And I doubt you want Papyrus finding out that not only did his (mimicking Papyrus) "lazy joke-telling brother" forget to pick up his filthy socks this morning, but he has to cover for him, yet again, on his tab at Grillby's
