The Aperture Science Sexually-minded Personality Core or A.S.S.P.C or 'Harry' maintains some of Aperture's more questionable testing tracks and is designed to enjoy it. The core speaks in an enthusiastic and happy tone to the main character. Since the core is designed to run testing courses of a taboo nature, he isn't exactly the smartest core.
