The main character, Yusuke Urameshi. A juvenile delinquent with no respect for authority who has a natural talent in martial arts. Now, with this being said, Yusuke is perhaps one of the most emotional characters in the show, seen crying on screen more than any other character. So despite his tough act, he's a really caring individual with a lot of determination; his emotions are CRUCIAL! You have to be very good at displaying grief, since Yusuke's spirit energy is directly linked to his emotional status, and his own emotions have literally helped him survive situations, on numerous occasions. In addition to this, you have to have a pretty decent set of lungs on you, because Yusuke screams a LOT. I don't think he'll scream anywhere near as much in this visual novel, but it is something to keep in mind.

(This is the first scene we see between Kuwabara and Yusuke)
(Calmly) "Hey, nice skirt."
(Calmly) "Oh, gimme a break Keiko, I look better in green."
(Laughing slightly at the start) "Nice uniform. (Observantly) It's lacy."
"Hey, Kuwabara, you're conscious. I'm not used to that."
(In a calm, threatening voice) "So sorry you caught me on such a bad day, it makes me a real jerk!"(Make some grunting noises as though you're punching Kuwabara here)
"I guess if I never said it, it wouldn't have to be real. I'd like to think that I know better than that now. The only way to move on is to give her death the reverence she deserves and to give grief that's due. But, that's why I couldn't tell you, I'm sorry you had to find out the way you did, Kuwabara, and I'm sorry you felt we punked you. (More assertive and loud here) But I can't apologize for dealing with this the only way I know how."
