The evil commander of the Dark Kingdom. Someone who has power, and will definitely make sure that you know it! (And can also ham it up a little). Again, I recommend watching an episode to get an idea of the sound of the voice I'm looking for, but it's basically a voice in the same vain as something like the Wicked Witch or Yzma from "Emperor's New Groove", (or even Beryl's DiC dub voice).

  • In order for the Dark Kingdom to accomplish its plans for world conquest, we must acquire the Legendary Silver Crystal! But we're going to ignore that for a while and focus solely on gathering human energy!

  • (Cheerful) Good morning Jadeite, did you sleep well last night? (Angry) Because I sure wouldn't have slept well knowing that we now have TWO Sailor Guardians to deal with!
