Chili is one of the Gym Leaders of Striaton City. He focuses on the fire type. You know that stereotypical, fiery anime protagonist? Yeah, that's basically how he should sound!

  • (Looking down on Cheren, Bianca and Black) Ding dong! Ding dong! Because someone other than the challenger participated in the test... you are hereby disqualified.
