  • *Say something you think would fit*

  • “Within the vast unknown and ever expanding universe there lays a miniscule fraction of its awe and splendor able to provide for mortal needs and desires. There within this forgettable section of everything, are they able to understand the basics of what existence is. However, they know not everything; in fact the only truths they know are as follows. Humanity is small, and the universe is big. Such trivial statements and ideas are meaningless to the unknown expansion that is everything; however there is one single truth it has to share. It is merciful towards humans, as it forbids their minds to understand and unravel the very foundation of it. It, that is everything, values its existence, though even it does not know how it came about, and to allow even the smallest of creatures to hold that knowledge would prolapsed all of everything into a new and eternal nightmare.

It began with the great sundering, a cosmic boom that shattered the nothingness and brought everything. From this everything poured creatures of untold and unfathomable size and power. It was here in these new existences that they feasted on the nothing that had become everything, but wherever there is a great power, there is a great struggle for survival. The creatures soon found one another and now only rest in our dreams and minds. Figments of an age long but forgotten, an age only myths and stories could hope to replicate.”- Charels P. Wethfort, professor at Trio University of Northern Maryland.
