Twilight is a scientist at heart, and in actions. She is very polite and knows her manners and when something new happens that is scientific or magical in nature you can imagine she is the first person to hop on the case and see it to completion.

I think you hit pretty close to the mark, however your voice may be more suited to fluttershy, you should try hers when I create it. Well done.
