Princess Zelda, as an adult, appears later into the story of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. She once again plays a major role in taking down Ganondorf. Her character traits are still retained when she was just a child, but her characteristics of a regal and elegant princess must come first. She was in hiding for seven years in order to hide herself from Ganondorf. Princess Zelda holds the Triforce of Wisdom, a power most desired by the king of evil.

  • I apologize for meeting you in disguise, but it was necessary to hide from the King of Evil. Please forgive me. I passed myself off as a Sheikah and hoped that you would return. I waited for seven years...
