Dampé is the graveyard keeper, and is a vital character to helping Link make further progress in the future Hyrule. In said future, Dampé has passed on, but still appears as a lovable and playful ghostly spirit. He challenges Link to a race, where he grants the hero a special weapon.
Character traits should include: Eccentric, playful/teasing, can be strict and sturdy when need be.

I like your choice in voice! As far as cleaning up audio the only thing I could think of is with the reverb coing back into your mic from the walls of your room. I honestly throw a blanket over myself when I recorded stuff so that should help you about the same XD Awesome job!
