Louise Carter was a brilliant man who sold makeshift miracle medicines. After a miscalculation for his personal medication he was driven insane. He is able to calm himself and use his concoctions to put his foes through psychedelic hell.

  • (In a quiet creepy, sinister and broken voice) "I can tear your mind into little pieces, I can drive you completely insane with just a whiff"

  • (Same tone) "Just ask and I will grant you a swift death. No pain. No fear"

  • (Same tone) "I will not go back to that prison, when the walls close in and speak how would you feel?
