Uranus is quite calm and collected. He is like the cool uncle in a way, although he is still very insecure and nervous at times. His voice is not deep at all. He has a hint of age in it. It is slightly gravely.

You're thinking of the word "Quiet" mate :) Quite means like they have a good amount of something, so like it said he's "Quite calm" that means he is very calm.
