Vermillion is... well, an odd character. nobody really knows who she really is, or where she came from. everyone who asks gets a different answer, depending on who they ask. "she was a lab experiment gone terribly wrong." "her mother locked her in a cottage and never came back." "nobody knows!" are all answers one could get. I'm completely open to whatever the VA wants her to sound like, but she IS a teenager.
