He should have a normal sounding voice. It should be calm and loving, like his normal tone in the movie .
Hale is looking for the Unown, and after his wife left him and Molly, he wants to give her whatever she wants. Hale and Entei are the same person in my dub, so when Entei comes in, the only thing he knows is that he has to make her happy.
*gasps * More Unown, that's wonderful! I have to go now, Molly, but don't worry I'll be back.
