Belle is a mildly skilled magic user and befriends the main characters. Belle is also an unwilling rival and former friend to Jane Laporte, a rouge magical girl.
The voice I'm looking for Belle is a bit faint, but firm. She doesn't raise her voice often and she isn't shy. Her pitch may be in the low-mid range. Belle also has a Quebec French accent.
The payment is $10 USD per episode for two episodes.
