  • "According to everything I've found, Harmony Heights was state owned and operated from it's opening in 1880 to It's closing in 1990. Harmony Heights supposedly housed some of the area's most notorious criminals and administered some of the more brutal "Treatments", causing the deaths of over 1000 patients....oooooh spooky! Maybe we'll run into some ghosts!" (Half-joking)
