Lance met Alice by luck actually. He gives her the power to transform into Cure Rosetta. He talks lazy and kinda in a slow way. He is often seen being asleep or eating something. When he transforms into a human Alice says its like she has a younger brother who is her sibling. 

He says Su at the end of his sentences.
