(Southern or not, strong feminine voice) Lori Grimes is Rick's wife, who's caught up in a love triangle with Shane. She is a great mother and a good wife to Rick, and generally speaking, well liked among the survivors. This is an important role, not only for this series, but for Rick as a person. Rick strives to keep his family safe.
Rick! (Shouting Rick of joy because of seeing him again after a long time)
Shane helped us out of here. We wouldn't have made it without him.
He can't sleep anymore unless he knows I'm right next to him. Never really had to slip away from him like that. I usually just lie there and look at him.
