Riko is a pro-level angler that has won numerous awards in both Japan and the United States, frequently competing in the most demanding competitions and bringing back gold. She does not seem to enjoy this much however, with the angler lifestyle being forced by her parents that desperately needed money. Riko cares deeply for her friends, and has an excellent sense of comradery, but has a hard time making decisions due to her background. She has a tsundere-isk attitude, although she doesn’t want to admit it.
