Billie is our main protagonist. Your casual sterotypical 80s movie kid. At 16 years old (in the 10th grade), He gets picked on by the school Bullies, has decent grades, and hangs out with his Best friend after School. He is crushing on the School's hottest girl, Sallie McNeil, though her Older brother (Fred McNeil) protects her from all guys in general. One night, Billie attempts a "stupid" ritual he reads about. Thus, he summons the cool deity known as "Freddie Freaker". In order to return Freddie home he needs to get people to believe in him, and to get people to call the "Freak Phone". However, the next morning Government officials come to Billie's front door in search of the freaker.
