Lucius is the King of the Imperials. He is a very eccentric, cruel, and has selfish personality. (Technically a psycho personality) He is a very crazy King, he plays has a two faced side where he acts confident, friendly, and intelligent, when in reality he is a psychopath. He has this crazy addiction for Heyuns that is unknown to many individuals, even the soldiers don't understand him, but they still follow him.
