Richie North is the leader of the school Bullies at Billie's school. He picks on everyone younger than him, and if someone doesn't agree with him, Richie puts them in their place. After Billie finds Freddie, Richie is attacked by Freddie Freaker. After that, Richie does everything he can to get revenge for making him look like a fool.
