Neo is a mysterious character in Phantom Paradox. Not much is said about him besides this.., tends to be a bit of a jerk, and really does not like people. Other than that, we cannot tell you much more about him. From his pictures alone, I think you can piece a few things together.

(Once you are casted, we will explain a little bit more about him to you!)

    "That blue hair broad keeps interfering with my plan..."
