Gentiana's story is pretty complex. The short version is that her Astral-form is called Shiva, a powerful goddess-like being who was originally cold towards mankind due to the war between Astrals and Humans. Gentiana appears before Lunafreya as a guide and protector to bring light back into the world. Her voice can be medium pitched.
