Alright, I won't be harsh. But the first thing I noticed is that your audition has unstable waveforms. Some are higher than others. This could be fixed through Audacity and using the "Noise reduction" tool. Also work on adapting your voice to the character. Set yourself in their shoes and your audition will have more emotions. Pick characters that fit your personality. Good luck on further auditions! :D
