In what ways can I improve my voice acting? I don't mind the criticism, but you haven't provided any details as to how I could improve or how this audition needs work.
When I say you need to improve without any details, I'm meaning overall. Your acting for this was kind of the same throughout the entire audition. It sounded like you were just a narrator for the lines, or reading a book aloud. Your emotion and acting don't change throughout. Especially in lines using words like "outrageous," you definitely shouldn't be using the same tone. I personally think you may be focusing too much on the voice for the character than the acting. But that's just my guess.
I guess the best way to say it is it just sounds really generic and somewhat bland. Also when you pick lines yourself, try to pick different lines so that you can show exactly how much different emotion you can act out, or to help you practice using more emotion in your acting; that's just my personal advice.
