Dr. Mario was the leader of a team called “The Bio Smashers” that looked into the genes of smasher that could transform into a super smasher. But one day he was kidnapped by Ganondorf and was forced to work for him to solidify the gene for himself. In the last days of melee he was killed by Giga Bowser Now he’s somehow back in the fourth world of smash
