He is an older debonair gentleman until he opens his mouth and spews dad jokes and puns en masse.
Imagine a super genius engineer with the appearance of George Clooney and the joking nature of Robin Williams.

(Shouting to someone far away in a battle field)

(Offended and Derogatory ) Of course! I'm the one who niffing built the thing.
(pausing to turn head to look at someone ) I think your new toy needs an alignment....badly.
Wasn't expecting to find another Shortlister for Luis today, but your performance was a different more chill take on Luis. I just couldn't pass.
