Vespa is the big bully in the school. But he tends to specifically bully and tease Luna for pure amusement. He's very athletic and skilled when it comes to cooking. 

Cocky, pretty annoying, just an overall ass hole. 


Any voice will do as long as it's sensible. 


NOTE: If you wanna voice Vespa, please audition for Ken, too. As they have similar voices.
