I think he means the plosives. Certain sounds will push air toward the mic and that picks up as a sort of "puff" sound. A washcloth would act somewhat as a pop filter. Also, staying a little bit further away from, and not speaking directly into the microphone will help keep those to a minimum.
yeah I'll redo it once I got one cause I just ordered a proper mic with pop filter and other stuff it'll either arrive by the end of the week or sometime january which will be annoying but better than nothing
