Thunder is a member of the Paris Patrol Squad, and the second member to join.

She first discovered her powers by accident, and ended up destroying her school with a super sonic screams.

Since then she was wary of using her powers and looked to discover her own fighting style in order to protect herself.

Since joining The PPS she became more comfortable with her powers and started using them more frequently.

She can be identified by her dark blue cloak that she fights in.

Her voice should sound mature.

She is Hydro's partner for this project.
