Ms. Atomic Bomb is a eccentric, spoiled rich southern belle crime-boss that uses social media and her fascination of arson (Explosives being her main M.O.) all in a violent and horrible attempt to gain attention from people on social media and feed her ego. Her name is a pun and reference to not only her Explosive habits (figuratively and literally) but for her comically large K cup size breasts (which she earn these from her long history of plastic surgery) which she takes pride for and uses them to smother her unsuspecting clients who either rub her off the wrong way or murder for financial means (life insurance etc)
For the performance give her a stereotypical southern belle with a dark side to it. Also go full CAMP with the performance like "Joel Schumacher Batman movie" Camp. since the character is one of Spectre's most over the top adversaries in his Rogue's gallery.
