With the curl of Saiyan royalty (almost a British inclination while still staying North American), Kipun's voice should exude dominance and intelligence. However simultanoeusly, there should be a sense of nihilism and carelessness that comes through the voice, as if he's seen enough to know how things will end and that he accepts the outcome.
(in thought, disturbed) "There was a sort of pressure that came off of him. I can't sense ki, but I could feel his power. It's magnitude, it's depth. It was similar to how it felt when you two transformed into your blue forms, only that he didn't have to transform at all."
(panicked, angry) "That's him. If we don't stop him now, all of us will die. We must act!"
