Currently unnamed at the moment, but this Radio host is more or less as unprofessional and awkward as you can get.  I suppose he would be a little similar to the host of Diamond City Radio in Fallout 4 but not as nervous. It's intended for minor awkwardness, and for the character to have a kinda country bumpkin accent. 

The Rambler plays old blues music from the 1920's and sometimes 1930's. As a radio host, this character will announce songs, talk about them and sometimes talk about the surrounding areas.  Gender and age negotiable, as we have the personality down, but no name or face yet.
