Pronunciation: Kai Ee-toh-kah-wuh

Kai Itokawa is kind of like the Shiromi Torayoshi in the book... if Shiromi were Aoi Ryogoki's sister. Shiromi is the white haired mischevious student council member. She seems sweet but she can really do something cruel if it benefits her in some way. She's incredibly sweet, though! Make sure her voice is medium-high pitched and sounds sweet.
