The Robotic Extraordinary Xenobot, or R.E.X. for short, is an invention by Dr. Rexington, a scientist from the future who was murdered by unknown forces. He downloaded his consciousness into his creation and teleported him into the past, where he encounters Dyna Buster, host of not-so popular review show, Dynamic Revolution.
