Angeliccosplay for Winter Schnee
Winter Schnee is Weiss Schnee's elder sister, and a specialist in the Atlesian Military's Special Operatives unit. She is first mentioned in "A Minor Hiccup".
On August 7th, 2015 during the RTX 2015 RWBY Panel, it was revealed that Elizabeth Maxwell voices Winter Schnee. Concept art for her character design and outfit were also revealed.[2] She first appeared in the series itself in the episode "It's Brawl in the Family".
Despite being the oldest child, Winter's right to inherit the Schnee Dust Company was abdicated upon her decision to join the Atlesian Military.
We Schnees are unique. Unlike many, our Semblance is hereditary. But that doesn't mean it will come easily. Your Semblance is like a muscle. The more you practice with it, the stronger it will become. But if you only focus on one aspect of it, if you fail to test the limits of what you think is possible, then you'll never truly grow.
Emotions can grant you strength. But you must never let them overpower you.
