Kathy Tavern is the controller of the minimum gauge railway. She’s a good friend to all, and she’s alway there for her friends no matter what. When she first started working on the minimum gauge railway, she started as a worker. She was a bit clumsy, causing a few accidents which lead up to awkward situations. This upset her so much she wanted to quit her job, but the engines of the line comforted her and convinced her not to give up on her work. She decided to keep trying, which she got better and better and there were fewer accidents. When the previous controller retired, he made Kathy the new controller. She has no original voice, as she's an O.C. This role has been casted to : Yilin Zhou
