Fulvous Raz is an antagonist in Project Yellow and leader of RVGR. He is also a Dragon Faunus his weapon of choice are Dual Shock Katars

Fulvous is very brash and cocky he prefers to taunt his enemies and claim his superiority over them whenever he bests them. Fulvous is the leader of Team RVGR (Ravager) a team organized by Salem as a back-up strike force. Fulvous has a short fuse and tends to get angry really easily this is often exploited as one of his weaknesses. Fulvous is also very prideful wishing to be acknowledged by his enemies. Fulvous has a personal grudge against Jaune Arc due to Jaune’s lack of recognition of who he was when they first fought. His semblance is named Impluse this generates extreme heat around him which he can disperse or intensify in close combat.
