Rei Garrison is an antagonist in Project Yellow and a part of Team RVGR. Rei’s weapon of choice is a plasma rod. 

Rei is an ass due to lack of better terms. Rei fights purely for women and popularity with little care of what other people think. Rei is very difficult to work with preferring to fight brashly and as flashy as he can. Rei gets easily distracted by girls and has a hard time fighting against them because of his “respect” for them. Rei gets along with the rest of his team rather well allowing them to be the only people who can see his softer side. Rei’s semblance is named Hyper Movement this allows him to move with incredible speed in a single direction, however he can not control slowing down.
