Queen Archen is the mother to Rebecca and Dominic Archen and the sole dictator of the Archen Empire. She used to be a benevolent queen - however, after her husband died from mysterious means, her grip on the kingdom turned iron and the peoples' trust rotted away. She is now a cruel dictator, obsessed with control and keeping everyone within the city walls... or, at least, that's what people think. 

Archen is one of my favourite characters because of her complexities. Please interpret her lines any way you'd like. I personally feel like she'd have a powerful, deep voice, tight in the effort to keep herself in control. Character design not provided because I want to keep her face a secret for the series. There's a certain punch to being unmasked later on at the height of your arc.
