Eridan is a seadweller and a member of high society. Think along the lines of "spoiled rich kid" when it comes to the voice. Some chose to give him a British accent and you may chose whether or not to pronounce his typing quirk, which is to pronounce "w" as two w's in a row, and to pronounce "v" as w.
