"King of the Blue Kingdom". In the basic plot story he is a prince of an unnamed kingdom but appears as a king of the Marlon Kingdom in the novel. He is a fiance of the princess. His mother is the Dowager Queen Prim Marlon(Prima), and he has thirteen sisters. Most of his brothers, save for Arkatoir, were killed.
