After running around and saving the Universe... again, The Doctor decides to take a little vacation outside of his own universe, but then realizes that the TARDIS doesn't like that and tries to get back in, but something went wrong and now The Doctor finds a new companion, an orange-haired girl named Nora Valkyrie. Now their adventures are Just. Getting. Started.
The look of this Doctor is one that sort of resembles, Benedict Cumberbatch. But the personality I am looking or is that of the 5th Doctor mixed in with a little of the 10th - 12th, after all he is over 4,000 years old at this point.
(This Doctor is a blank slate. You can come up with any sort of Gimmick, charm, personality, mannerism or speed you like. On one condition... he has to be Fantastic."

You seem to be sounding more like, The Master rather than the Doctor.
The voice is a little sinister then? I think the doctor is and should be capable of sounding a bit unnerving - he/she is a force to be reckoned with, after all. What would you specifically look for in the voice of *your* Doctor?
