Despite being king, he has a hard time handling things for himself...like his divorce, for example. For goodness sakes, the poor guy's sin was killed, his wife left him and the whole kingdom became a sesspool of depression and internalized violence, the guy can't get a break?

   He's a baritone, that's a given. You can either give him a sort of regal aura to his voice or a joking '"hey hungry, I'm dad" sort of tone.
