Hatsuko Hibiki is the SHSL Tocologist. Tocologists study childbirth. I imagine her voice being soft and gentle, medium pitched and a bit slow. 

Hatsuko's mother was a gentle woman who owned a small but warm preschool. They could not afford school at the time, so Hatsuko just helped around the school, playing with the children and whatnot. When her mother died, Hatsuko took over the place and ran it herself. She got 'the talk' on where children came from and owning a preschool, curiosity got to her and she did a little research on the topic. Fascinated by these processes, Hibiki decided to close the school and make it her own little laboratory, where she studied medicine and childbirth itself. Soon enough, she disguised the place as a small birth hospital where mothers could bring their own children into this cruel world. Reports and complaints have been filed against the place, causing Hibiki to flee the only home she's ever known......
